Apache Lake never seems to disappoint in December and this event was no exception.  With the top 5 teams briging in a combined total of more than 100lbs the lake really showed itself.

Like most of the 51 other teams that took to Apache Lake Saturday Daniel Uptain and Jerett Coleman had very few bites during Fridays pre-fish.  That didn’t discourage them though.  The veteran team partners put their heads down and brought in a limit of largemouth weighing in at 26.24lbs.  Their catch was anchored by the days big fish.  The 7.57lb largemouth earned them $200 in big fish money.  This brought their total winnings to $2,580 as well as a pair of sweat shirts from Crossed Industries.

Taking second place was the team of Mike Reynolds and Creston Carroll.  Mike and Creston took home $1,580 for bringing in 23.51lbs.

Third place went to the team of Ron Kersten and Cody Nugent.  Ron and Cody took home $970 for 20.89lbs.  Rumor has it they caught all their fish in the last couple hours of the day.

Dave Davis and Crossed Industries was our Families Raising Hope sponsor for this event.  Crossed Industries was one of the first companies to come on board as a FRH sponsor and for this event will be donating $434.10 to FRH to help families that are battling cancer.  If your in the market for any accessories for your tow rig be sure to check out Crossed Industries at www.crossedindustries.com.

The SPRO Pack for the smallest 5 fish limit without any penalties for this event went to Eric Schook.  Eric brought in a limit weighing 7.05lbs.

Daniel Uptain and Jerett Coleman brought took home the $50 from Anderson Toyota for having the WWBS/Anderson Toyota contingency sticker on the back of their tow rig.

A special congratulations to Freddy Aguero and Juan Diaz for taking home the $50 in cash from Jet Renu for being the highest finishing team presenting a bottle of Jet Renu.  This was Juan and Freddy’s first tournament.  Don’t miss out on your chance for extra cash.  Purchase your bottle of Jet Renu and www.shopjmloutdoors.com and show it to us at any WWBS event.  The highest finishing team showing us their bottle of Jet Renu gets $50.

This circuit would not be made possible without our wonderful sponsors. Jason Anderson and Jared Lohrman at Anderson Toyota have been WWBS supporters from day 1 and continue to support the fishing industry. If your ever in the market for a new or used car or truck give Anderson Toyota a shot. Jet Renu has come on board this year as the official cleaning products for JML Outdoors. Watch our online store soon for the only bass boat pack available on the market. This packet is specifically put together for fisherman. SPRO is back for the 3rd year in a row giving away a tackle pack to the smallest five fish limit without any penalties. Randy and Darlene Ernst continue with the Pro-Tec Mats travelers award giving $100 to the highest finishing team not already in the money at our Havasu Region events. Andrew Napoleon and his crew with A&M Graphics did our new wrap design this year. If you are looking for advertising for your business a vehicle wrap is the way to go and no one does it better than A&M.
