Kreuzer and Nichols take finale at Roosevelt! Capture AOY

Dean Kreuzer and Dave Nichols headed into the season finale of the Weekend Warrior Bass Series presented by Anderson Toyota with a 12 point lead in the Arizona Region Angler of the Year race.  The always consistent team made sure that didn’t change as they won the final event topping a field of 35 boats with a 5 fish limit weighing 17.11lbs.  Their catch was anchored by the days big bass.  A 7.31lb largemouth earning the team an additional $200 on top of their $1,520 for winning the event.  Dave and Dean also took home the $50 in contingency money for having the WWBS/Anderson Toyota contingency sticker on their tow vehicle.  Dean and Dave will also get paid entries into the 2017-2018 WWBS season for being the Anglers of the Year.

Second place went to the team of Daniel Adams and Jason Stockton.  Daniel and Jason brought in a limit weighing 15.69lbs taking home $1,100. 

Rounding out the top 3 was the team of JR Heath and Louis Spector.  JR and Louis brought in a limit weighing 14.80lbs anchored by the days second place big fish.  The 6.39lb largemouth brought their total winnings to $720. 

The SPRO pack for the smallest 5 fish limit went to the team of Jim Furimsky and Allen Wacker.  Jim and Allen took home over $100 in SPRO baits for their 6.36lb limit.
